A platform that promotes litter picking
Pirika
Used in 137 countries and regions, with over 460 million pieces of litter collected. Pirika makes cleanups by individuals, governments and companies visible and easier to join.
We turn plastic waste that was hard to recycle, such as littered and washed-up waste, into resources. We make boards from mixed, dirty waste and turn them into products such as park benches.
Collect more
We work on collecting and recycling waste that was hard to recycle, such as littered waste, litter washed ashore, and company-specific waste. If waste can be bought as a raw material, more of it can be collected.
Raise interest
Products made from waste help people who rarely think about litter learn about the problem and our work. We make items such as benches and shopping baskets, and place them in parks and convenience stores.
Littered and washed-up waste mixes many kinds of plastic and is dirty, so it has been hard to recycle.
Our technology needs no fine sorting or pelletizing. It costs less than the conventional method and accepts dirt and impurities.

We have turned artificial turf, fishing nets, oyster-farming pipes, litter picked up in parks and other waste into benches, sports equipment and shopping baskets.

2026
Sumida Park (Sumida City), Tokyo, and others
Tokyo Metropolitan Government startup support program for social issues. We made four designs together with enloop®.

2025
Hino City and Tama City, Tokyo
Tama Innovation Ecosystem program. We confirmed that CO2 emissions are 22.5% lower than when the artificial turf is disposed of.

2026
Yamaguchi Prefectural Office, an elementary school in Suo-Oshima Town, and others
Yamaguchi Prefecture "Marine Plastic Reborn Bench" project. We made benches from fishing gear collected in the prefecture.

2026
Mizuho Park, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture
Aichi Sports Innovation Consortium (AiSIA). We made boards from litter collected in a cleanup, without sorting it (prototype).

FY2022-2025
Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture
SHIBA-UP (F. Marinos Sports Club and Yokosuka City). The marker cones were donated to schools in the city.

2023 and 2025
7-Eleven (Takamatsu City; Osaka-Kansai Expo)
Part of the raw material was oyster pipes collected in October 2022 from a beach on Suo-Oshima, Yamaguchi Prefecture, during the Scout Association of Japan "Plastic Waste Busters" project (sponsor: Seven-Eleven Foundation).
We aim for local use of waste: turning collected waste into resources on the spot, without carrying it out of the area.
We are now working to set up and run our first container-type recycling unit on Iriomote Island.
